The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standardises data protection law across all 28 EU countries and imposes strict new rules on controlling and processing personally identifiable information (PII). This came into force on 25 May 2018.

Every website collecting data from EU citizens must meet the GDPR requirements; is GDPR Compliant. website users can request – via the online form above – the website provider to:

  • Personal Data Access | Request a printout of any data collected about them generated by interacting with the website. This includes using online forms, purchasing products, registering with the online store, adding comments to posts or adding reviews of products
  • Right to be Forgotten | Request that we delete data provided by you in any of the 5 (five) areas it could have been inputted. We will action your request and remove the data from our database
  • Data Rectification | Request that data submitted in error (misspelt name, address, tel no, etc.) be rectified
